This policy explains how UniMarg Higher Education Consultancy ("UniMarg", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, unimarg.in. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and to understand how the site is used.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to provide. This is used only to respond to your enquiry. The form is processed by Formspree, which forwards submissions to our official mailbox.

When you browse the site, we may collect standard technical data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages viewed, through Google Analytics. This is used in aggregate to improve the site.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. Analytics cookies are set only after you select "Accept" on our cookie notice. If you decline, or take no action, no analytics cookies are stored and Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the notice back.

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps frame to show our office location. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, write to info@unimarg.in. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to serve the enquiry and our legitimate business records. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings.
